We do not guarantee any specific credit score increases, loan approvals, or financial outcomes. Results vary based on individual credit profiles and bureau reporting practices.

2. TEMPORARY SERVICE & REPURCHASE OPTIONS

Tradelines are temporary placements that report for exactly 2 cycles (approximately 2 months), then automatically expire. This is not permanent credit enhancement. After the 2-cycle period, clients may repurchase the same tradeline for an additional 2 cycles at 50% off the original price, subject to availability.

3. NOT CREDIT REPAIR

Our services do not constitute credit repair as defined by federal law. We do not remove negative items, dispute information, or provide credit counseling.

4. REPORTING LIMITATIONS

• •Standard tradelines typically report to all three major credit bureaus
• •American Express tradelines may have limited reporting and are priced accordingly
• •Reporting depends on bank policies and may change without notice

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• •Remove all credit freezes and fraud alerts before service
• •Provide accurate personal information
• •Understand this is an authorized user service only
• •You must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to use this service in your jurisdiction
• •You agree not to use false identities, synthetic profiles, or fraudulent data

6. REFUND POLICY

• •Full refund if tradeline fails to post due to our error
• •No refund for client-caused failures (freezes, incorrect info, etc.)
• •American Express: refund only if zero bureau reporting within 45 days

7. REPURCHASE POLICY

After your initial 2-cycle tradeline expires, you may repurchase the same tradeline for an additional 2 cycles at 50% off the original price. Repurchase availability depends on continued card availability and account status. This option is not guaranteed and is subject to our discretion.

8. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Our services comply with all applicable federal and state laws. Clients are responsible for understanding their local regulations.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Hop On My Credit Card LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, and resolved through binding arbitration in Newport News, Virginia. By using our services, you waive your right to a trial by jury or participation in class-action lawsuits.
